Shipping Policy & Legal Disclaimer : House Money book sales

 

Processing Time:

All book orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates:

We offer standard and expedited shipping options via USPS. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, holidays, and selected shipping method at checkout.

 

Shipping Delays:

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we have no control over transit times.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. In such cases, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist to the extent we are able, but liability ultimately lies with the shipping carrier.

 

International Orders & Customs:

We are not accepting international orders at this time. Please contact us directly at jade@housemoneybook.com for international shipping inquiries.

 

Damaged Items:

If your book(s) arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

Out-of-Stock Items:

In rare cases, if House Money is found to be out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative option asap.
